With Joy, We welcome The Rev. Bob Turner as our new Deacon.  Bob has been a faithful Deacon for many years, serving the Holy people in the dioceses of Newark, New York, and New Jersey.  Bob joins us with his wife Delores... Welcome!

From Dave and Marti Diehl:

To Our St. Luke’s Family  Thank you for making our last week such a glorious occasion.  What a wonderful outpouring of love and affection! We couldn’t have asked for a better ending to our forty years as organist and choir director.  Your generous gift is greatly appreciated.  You will remain in our hearts forever.  All our love, MJ and Dave

The Diehl Celebration: Meister Eckhardt, is noted to have once said, "If the only prayer you ever utter is 'Thank you!', it will be enough".  Thank you, thank you, thank you, to one and all who made the Diehl Celebration a truly memorable event and a fitting tribute to two wonderful people.  Thanks to our babysitters, those who helped set up and decorate and those who cleaned up.  To the altar guild, to Ray and Donniee, to the dessert bakers, to the choir and all the extra singers who helped make "A Christmas Processional" such a joyous sound.  To those who served on the altar, to those who worked in the kitchen, to Beth our rehearsal pianist and accompanist on Sunday, to AJ and Ken for conducting and cheerleading skills, to Richard for his wonderful reading of the prayer in "ACP", to Charlie for playing the organ, to Janice and Diane for behind the scenes help and support, to Barbara, Anna, Ed, Walt, Jonathan, Chuck, Charlotte, Tom, Kathy and Joan for their warm tributes, to Lauren for her flute playing, to Sarah for piano and videography, to Kathy and Karen for photography, to Annie and the Main St. Trattoria for wonderful food, to everyone whose name I don't even know or have inadvertently omitted who helped in every way possible to make the day go smoothly, and most especially to the incredible Diehl Tribute Committee who met, planned, and executed every detail to make the day special!!  Charlotte Gudorp, Chuck Gudorp, Mary Jones, Kathy McNulty, Joan McNulty, Jonathan Percival, Tom Rahn, Karen Soriano, Laura Tramontin, Anna Young, and Brenda Yuro - you are an incredible team.  My thanks to one and all -- Katherine Young

The Welcome Back Brunch & Cookbook Sale Kick-off was GREAT!
